Are you sleeping on a lumpy mattress? A saggy mattress? Well then you really must know it's time to get a new mattress! You're losing sleep people! We often hear "never underestimate the power of a good night's sleep" yet replacing our old lumpy or saggy mattress seems to be the last thing on our list of things to do. Probably because we aren't thinking clearly because we did not get a good night's sleep. Your mattress could very well be the culprit. Here are three types of mattresses to consider:

1) Memory Foam Mattresses - Memory foam mattresses are fantastic for individuals who suffer from allergies. These mattresses eliminate allergens thus giving you cleaner air with which to sleep and get the quality rest you need.
2) Innerspring Mattresses - Innerspring mattresses give you the best firmness and support. The higher the number the firmer the mattress. Don't be afraid to ask about this.
3) Air Mattresses - Air mattresses are designed to relieve discomfort due to back muscle pain and joint pain. If that is a concern for you then you may be best suited for an air mattress.

A final note: depending on the quality of mattress that you buy and the care that you give it, it should last between 5 years (standard) and 10 years (premium) so if you buy a premium mattress for 0 and you get 10 years of use out of it, that's 25 cents a day for great sleep!
